- plain A4 white paper or cardboard
- Glue
- Scissors
- Heart hole punch (any shape will do, you could even do lots of circles)
Method:
- Place your ruler at the end of the paper, horizontally and measure 5cm, mark with pen or pencil. Work your way down the page (short side) , measuring 5cm each time. Space each mark about 6cm apart.
- Rule a line connecting each of your dots.
- Cut along the line.
- Cut 1 heart into each of your paint sample cards (you should have 6 hearts at the end of this.)
- Space your hearts out on the strip of paper you cut earlier.
- Glue them to the page
- You may like to add some colour to the bottom of your bookmark with a texta or permanent marker.
Have fun creating many variations of this bookmark for all your books!
