Photos are worth so much to so many of us and we spend so much money buying frames for them. This post shows you how to replace your boring old frames with something unique and bright.
You will need
1x Picture frame (any size)
Washi tape (we will not even need a whole roll for this but you may wish to use different colours)
Scissors
Patience
How to:
1. Take the image out of your frame so that you are just left with the outside
2. Place a piece of washi tape along 1 side of the frame, line the edge of the washi tape up with the side that will be facing away from the picture, make sure you leave 1-2cm at each end.
3. Repeat step two for the next 3 sides of the frame. Making sure you leave 1-2cm each time.
4. Get a piece of washi tape the same length as the inside of the frame on one side and cut into two pieces.
5. Place one of these pieces along the side you used to work out the length, starting where the other piece of washi tape left off
6. Place the other half on the opposite side of the frame.
7. Repeat steps 4-6 for the other two sides of the frame
8. Tuck in any loose edges and fold over the 1-2cm left.
9. If you wish cover the sides of the frame by wrapping a continuous piece of washi tape around it.
10. Replace the image.
